Good Morning, 

Just a reminder regarding our MANDATORY suit fitting and meeting tomorrow, Sept. 23rd. Please read thoroughly! 

A few things to remember: 

-Each swimmer must attend the meeting with at least 1 parent. Please do not just send your swimmer. There is important information that we need to share with parents as well.

-2 Sessions at Loganville High School

     LMS Club - 5:30 pm

      LHS Varsity - 6:30 pm

-This meeting will cover apparel and suit fittings. All apparel and suits will be ordered on Thursday, September 26th. If we do not have a size or deposit, your apparel/suit will NOT be ordered.

-Fees are $450 for the first swimmer, and $400 for each additional swimmer. A minimum of $200 PER SWIMMER is required to be paid at the meeting tomorrow. The remaining balance MUST be paid no later than October 11th. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]

-Please plan to turn in your sponsorship forms at this meeting. We also need EVERY sponsor's logo please. The deadline for sponsorships (for the logo to be put on the tshirt or banner) is September 30th. If we don't order by this date, we will not be able to get apparel in prior to the first meet. This form is found under forms on the main Swimtopia webpage.

-We will have extra spiritwear from years past available for purchase. This will be available for purchase in the lobby at a very discounted price first come, first served. Please note that you must pay for this separately from your dues. Please have either an extra check or cash for this purchase. 

-This year's spirit wear and gear websites are up and listed under the "Shop" tab on our website. Please pass our apparel website on to all of your friends! A portion of these sales comes right back to our team!
