Good Morning Parents, 

This week we have our first meet for both High School and Middle School! Below is very important information regarding those meets: 

-Volunteer shifts - I still need 4 people to sign up for the snack table for high school, and 3 people to sign up for middle school. Please sign up to work as this if where our swimmers refuel after their swims! 

-Snack table donations. We really really really need every family to sign up for an item or two for each meet. We will do our best to keep you swimmers fed and hydrated at meets!

Apparel, suits and bags: I will be at practice today for middle school and tomorrow for high school to distribute! You will only be allowed to pick up your package IF you have paid in full. Everyone who owes money was emailed last week with their amount due. Please make sure to bring your check with you. 

Sponsor tshirts - Those will be ordered this Friday. If you have any sponsors that you have not yet turned in, please get those to us asap. If we do not have a form from your sponsor, please do so in order for them to get their complimentary tshirt. 

GT Women's basketball games: We really need everyone to sign up for these. This is a HUGE fundraiser for us, and it will keep us from having to sell things as fundraisers. When we work GT women's basketball, we sell concessions, and get 20% of GROSS sales. 100% of this goes into our team fund to pay for meets and our practice facility. This is a HUGE expense, and these fundraisers are absolutely necessary. Please sign up as soon as possible. 

If you have not yet liked our facebook page, please do so! I will be working on updates this weekend highlighting our swimmers in their first meet! If you happen to get some pictures, please please please send them asap to our team email at [email protected]. I need your help to be loud and proud on social media for our kids! 

Lastly, our team pictures are scheduled for November 10th! I have some super fun props for your swimmers to enjoy their "Media Day"! Once we use them for pictures, they will find their way to the pool deck for some fun recognition during the season!  See the schedule for times for each group of swimmers!
