Good Evening Parents and Swimmers,

Our next Women's basketball game is this Sunday, December 1st! The game begins at 2 pm. It is extremely important that everyone arrives on time as we need to cook and prepare food prior to gates opening at 1 pm. Here are the important things you need to know:

-Report time: We need you IN THE BUILDING no later than noon! You will enter the doors at the corner of Tenth St and the interstate (from the parking lot). There is a sidewalk just past the Benetar entrance where 3 golf carts are parked near a grey door. That grey door is your entrance! I will be there to let you in.

-Parking - You may park in the Upper lot of McCamish Pavilion. Please read these instructions to get to the parking lot. The address if 965 Fowler St. Atlanta, GA. From Fowler St, you will turn onto Eighth Street (It will bring you right in front of the softball field). Go down that street until you dead end into a parking lot to your left. That is the parking lot you will park in. I would highly suggest that you park along the back fence (It's just easier to get out from there) near the interstate. You must park in that first part of the lot. The lower part is for season ticket holders with a parking pass.

-What to wear - You may wear a LHS Swim tshirt, however, it CANNOT be red. Red is banned from GT. Haha. I do have a few navy blue GT Concessions tshirts, but they are all large sizes. If you are in red, you will have to wear one of the ones I have. Shorts are fine, however, they must be of appropriate length! Closed toe shoes are mandatory. I would highly suggest tennis shoes as you will be standing.

-What will you be doing? - We sell normal concessions food. You will need to cook hot dogs (on a roller), prepare pretzels, pop popcorn, etc. Each booth will have registers that we will assign to a person. Everyone else will operate as "runners" who will get the food items and drinks while the register person rings them up. We will need to have major customer service faces and voices! The nicer we are, the more in sales you will do. The more sales you do, the more money we bring in for the team!

You will be in one stand on our indoor concourse. You will be assigned a manager/supervisor from my team to assist you should you have any questions.
