Good Afternoon All, 

We have 5 more fundraising opportunities for the swim team. Please note that these have already brought in a good amount of money for our team. In order for us to be able to finish the year financially in the black, we NEED to work these events. If we fail to bring enough people to work these, then we will no longer be allowed to sign up for them. It is significantly better than selling pizza cards or just asking people to donate money. 

With that being said, these are the upcoming games and staffing needs: 

-December 29th - Roughly noon to 4:30 pm - We still need at least 4 people

-January 19th - Roughly noon to 4:30 pm - We still need at least 6 people

-January 26th - Roughly noon to 4:30 - We still need 4 people 

-February 16th - Roughly 10 am until 2:30 - We still need 8 people!!!!

-February 23rd - Roughly 1:30 pm until 6:30 pm - We still need 6 people! (I will not be in town for this one, so I do need a coach or parent board member to step in for this one)

If you have trouble signing up, please respond to this email with the dates you want to sign up for, and I will add you to the list. Please remember that every family must work 12 volunteer points, or pay their apparel fees of $150. This was signed off on during your registration. We tend to have the same families working over and over. We truly need every swim family to help out please.
