Good Afternoon Everyone!!! 

Thank you for signing up to work the Spring game as our final fundraiser of the 2024-2025 Swim season!! Your hard work and dedication goes a LONG way in helping us reach our financial goals that 100% goes back to the swimmers! 

I am attaching the parking pass for this event. You will park in the COP parking lot that is directly across the street from Gate 10 at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Come in via North Ave, turn Left at Techwood and the lot is on the right. Please have this pass printed and on your dashboard. Entrance will occur at Gate 10 please.

Report time will be 10:30 am. Gates will open at noon. Game starts at 1 pm and will be over by 3 pm! 

Dresscode is : LHS Swim & Dive tshirt (NO RED), shorts are fine, but must be of appropriate length (at least to the tips of your fingertips), closed toe shoes are REQUIRED. You may want to wear a hat or visor to avoid wearing a hair net! 

If you have friends that you want to bring, please do! It will be super busy as we are the only stands open! 

If you have any questions, please text me at 225-588-8887 anytime after Thursday morning (we will be in the middle of the ocean until then!) It is extremely important that everyone shows up as we are pretty light staffed!
