-arrive with your bathing suit on and be ready to go
-NO deck changing allowed in the facility
-bathing suits need to be “practice suits”; girls must wear a one-piece
-water bottles will NOT be provided; please bring a water bottle with you to EVERY practice with your NAME on it; try not to bring plastic water bottles as those tend to get mixed up with others
