Two very important dates to mark on your calendar!!

1. Our annual Informational Meeting is scheduled for: Monday, August 25, 2025 – 6:00 pm (LMS Club & LHS Varsity) – LHS Cafe 

At this meeting, we will discuss all the information regarding the program such as fees, fundraising, practices, meets, apparel, and spirit wear. Again this year with fundraising, the Board will be collecting a POST DATED CHECK from every swimmer…so please bring your checkbook. 

2. The Fitting Meeting is scheduled for: Monday, September 22, 2025 – (2) sessions 5:30 & 6:30 pm – Loganville High School 

This meeting covers apparel & suit fitting and ordering spirit wear and gives an opportunity to pay a deposit or pay fees and turn in fundraising materials. FOR BOTH MEETINGS…EACH SWIMMER MUST ATTEND THE MEETING WITH AT LEAST 1 PARENT. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT JUST SEND THE SWIMMER!!!
