Good Afternoon,

First, thank you all for volunteering to work this game! Our Women's team is coming off an impressive win over Radford and Charleston Southern!. We will open 1 booth for this game! It is super important that everyone arrive on time and ready to get movin and shakin!

Report time for this game will be no later than 12:45 pm. Gates will open at 2 pm, and the game will begin at 3. It should be over with you guys heading out the door by 5:30 pm at the latest.

Attire: Closed toe shoes are absolutely mandatory. Please wear a Loganville swim and dive shirt that is NOT red.

Parking - The address is 965 Fowler St. Atlanta, GA You may park in the parking lot that is squeezed between the interstate and the basketball arena. You will need to come down Fowler Street and turn onto Eighth street. Take eighth street all the way until it dead ends into a parking lot on the left. Please park in the first part of the parking lot as the bottom section is reserved for season ticket holders.

You will come to the doors just past the Benetar entrance. You will see 3 golf carts parked in a line right in front of our doors. Deanna will meet you there to let you in!

I will not be here, so Heather is your contact if you need anything! Please remember that Heather is not associated with Loganville Swim and Dive. She is the Operations Supervisor at Georgia Tech. She will be in charge of making sure you guys run efficiently.
