Good Afternoon,

First, thank you all for volunteering to work this game! . We will open 1 booth for this game! It is super important that everyone arrive on time and ready to get movin and shakin! 

Report time for this game will be no later than 1:30pm. Gates will open at 3 pm, and the game will begin at 4 pm. IIt should be over with you guys heading out the door by 6:30 pm at the latest. 

Attire: Closed toe shoes are absolutely mandatory. Please wear a Loganville swim and dive shirt that is NOT red.

Parking - Please park in the Family Housing parking deck. It is located at 10th street and Holly street. It is coded ER66. You do not need to pay to park in this deck for the women's game, however, you do need to arrive early as you will need to walk to the venue. Please cross 10th street and walk along the sidewalk toward the interstate (in front of the venue). When you reach the parking lot entrance BEFORE the interstate on the right, you will take that sidewalk toward the Benetar entrance of McCamish.

You will come to the doors just past the Benetar entrance. You will see 3 golf carts parked in a line right in front of our doors. Deanna and Heather will meet you there to let you in!

I will not be here, so Heather and Deanna are your contact if you need anything! Please remember that Heather is not associated with Loganville Swim and Dive. She is the Operations Supervisor at Georgia Tech. She will be in charge of making sure you guys run efficiently.
